Now that warm weather is back in full swing I wanted to share one of our favorite drink recipes. We love Sangria, but just out of the bottle it isn't much fun.
There are great from-scratch recipes but this is quick and easy, best of all fantastic. A few easy additions and this cocktail is definitely something to celebrate.

Summer Sangria ingredients are simple. A bottle of Sangria wine and some fresh fruit. I like using apples, oranges, lemons or limes, grapes and maraschino cherries. Peaches and watermelon would also be delicious.
Chop up all fruit into bite sized pieces and combine in a pitcher or carafe.
Add wine and refrigerate for a few hours so that the fruit juices and flavors can combine.
Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Mmm, I'd love to have this with watermelon! I didn't know you could buy bottles of sangria wine.
