The kids are back in school and I'm sure that means a lot of happy moms (and dads too). It also means school lunches and after school snacks. Our daughter just started Preschool and that means she now eats lunch at school. She is a very finicky child...and I'm sure I'm partially to blame for that. My only concern is that she is eating a healthy diet and getting the nutrition her growing body needs. I was thrilled to receive the new Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers for my daughter to try...anything that gets more fruits and veggies into her diet is a plus for this mom.
Fruit Burst Squeezers are the newest product from Del Monte. They are made in the U.S.A. and each pouch contains 1 ½ servings of fruit or fruit and veggies. Fruit Burst Squeezers are an excellent source of vitamins A and C without artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup (in fact they do not contain any added sugar).
Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers come in 5 varieties, 2 fruit + Veggie Varieties and 3 that are Simply Fruit varieties. The varieties include Peach-Mango, Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon, Mixed Berry & Strawberry. We received the Peach-Mango Fruit+Veggie and the Mixed Berry Simply Fruit for our family to try.
My daughter really liked the Del Monte Fruit burst squeezers and they will be a great addition to our lunch box rotation. They are convenient and easily portable. They would even make a great snack for your kiddo while on the go. They do not require refrigeration but I recommend serving cold or at least room temperature.
