Costume Discounters Sofia the First Costume {Review}

My daughter is obsessed with princesses, especially Disney princesses. I was so excited to have the opportunity to review a costume from Costume Discounters, they have a large selection of girl's Disney costumes. Mia currently wants to be "Sofia the First" when she grows up and I knew it would be the perfect fit when I found it while I was searching the Cartoon Characters Collection.

Sofia the First is the newest Disney Princess. She made her debut last year as Disney's first Preschool Princess. The Sofia the First Disney Costume is brand new for 2013 in the Costume Discounters Cartoon Characters Collection. This costume is absolutely adorable! It has a lot more detail than I expected it to have, from the pearl trim to the multi layered skirt. It comes with a coordinating tiara. There is an attached broach on the front that has a picture of Sofia. The fabric is soft and the puffy sleeves are full of sparkles. Our Sofia the First costume arrived quickly too. They also offer an matching amulet like Sofia's separately. We added one we already have along with matching socks and a matching hairbow.

My daughter cannot wait until Halloween to wear it and was excited to get an early trial run. From the second she saw it online she has wanted to wear it. The quality of the costume is great and it will sustain more use than just for halloween. She loves the matching "tiara". There is a nice attention to detail including a pretty pearl trim. Her favorite detail is the pink sparkly band along the bottom. This Sofia the First costume is also going to make a nice addition to her dress up wardrobe.
