Woolzies Eco-Friendly Wool Dryer Balls {Review}

There is always laundry going in the Savvy and Sassy house. I'm not sure if I just have a messy kid or what. I spend so much time in my laundry room that I'm even working on redecorating it and making it a more user friendly space. We have added more energy efficient appliances but I have also now added Woolzies to my routine.

Woolzies are Eco-Friendly Wool Dryer Balls that reduce drying time by 25%. They are made from 100% Pure New Zealand Wool and naturally soften while reducing static. They also help reduce wrinkles without the use of chemicals. Woolzies are hypoallergenic and safe for people with wool sensitivities. Best of all they are guaranteed to last for 1,000 loads!!

I have been wanting to try Wool Dryer Balls for quite a while. I had heard about them online and seen them on Pinterest. I am happy to say they have worked beyond my expectations.

The Woolzies Wool Dryer Balls are quite soft and each is a little bigger than a tennis ball. I tried them the first time with a huge load of my daughter's clothes. I don't usually use liquid fabric softener or dryer sheets on my daughter's laundry so they tend to come out staticy. Mia's clothes came out static free. You could see that the little fibers on the balls had collected the static and were standing out straight. They also finished 17 minutes faster than the previous load without using the dryer balls. For me that was more than a 25% reduction in drying time. There was also a lot less wrinkles in her school uniform, I no longer need to iron them. I had similar results with towels too.

I really do like the Woolzies dryer balls and plan on continue using them. Especially for things like towels to help keep them soft and fluffy. I am excited that they are going to last for so long and save me money in the process.

  3. I haven't tried them and I would love to. If they can save drying time and save money by doing It I think it would be a great investment for your dryer.
