Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover {Review & Giveaway}

As a Purex Insider I have been blogging about Soft Scrub and their products. It seems to be the general consensus among my readers that shower tile and grout are the toughest things in our homes to clean....I know it is in mine too. The Purex Insiders had a product review opportunity for the new Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel and I had to get in on it.

We have 2 tiled showers in our home and living in Florida things never really dry out. Even with the air conditioning running 24 hours a day right now my master bathroom shower seems to still be wet the next morning. Keeping it clean has been a challenge. There are an arsenal of household cleansing products but the fumes of most of them are unbearable. The new Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel is the exception and has become my new go-to  bathroom cleanser.
Before Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel
After Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel
 As you can see in my before and after pictures the Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel works! Because it is a gel it sticks where it is needed instead of running down the drain as other mold & mildew cleansers tent to do. There are no harsh fumes, it does not spray a mist of cleanser. Sure it smells of cleanser but I wasn't in need of a gas mask while I was using it. This cleanser is great for cleaning shower mold and getting rid of mildew.

Soft Scrub products are available at national retailers. For more information on the New Soft Scrub Mold & Mildew Stain Remover Gel visit the Soft Scrub website or Soft Scrub Facebook page.

  6. Clean it up right away and don't let it sit. It'll be a thousand times harder to get the stain out. Oddly enough, I recently found out that Lysol cleaning cloths are great at getting red wine stains out of light colored carpet. I guess that's my contribution for a long long time.

  8. I read somewhere, a long time ago, that if you put a bowl of water in your microwave with a little bit of lemon juice in it and heat it for a minute, the steam helps to loosen some of the grime from inside the microwave to make it easier to get it off. It seems to work well for me and use that trick often
