The VeggieTales The Little House That Stood is the newest DVD in the VeggieTales series and stars Larry the Cucumber, Bob The Tomato, Jr. Asparagus as well as The French Peas and Madame Blueberry. This fun DVD that not only has entertaining silly songs but also a healthy lesson in making good choices. The world around us is full of choices good and bad so being able to reinforce positive messages at an early age is priceless for our family. The message in the Little House That Stood is refreshing.
In the newest of the VeggieTales series Three Little Pigs arrive in Cabbageville to build houses. They encounter 3 builders, 2 whom have no idea on good choices and one who has a plan with a solid foundation. The piggies each have a choice on building their houses as well as their lives. Do they choose the solid foundation?
This VeggieTales DVD also includes bonus sing-a-long songs. First day The Little House That Stood arrived we watched it 3 times. My daughter enjoyed it far more that I had anticipated. This was our first experience with the VeggieTales series and I can say it will not be our last. I look forward to enjoying more of these great message animations with our daughter!
