With Spring just around the corner there will be lots of tie wearing occasions for the men in my life. Not to mention with all of the upcoming spring and summer weddings. As a member of Tomoson I was given the opportunity to review a tie from Bows 'N Ties, an online retailer of quality neckties and bow ties for men (boys too).
I received this bright Puccini peacock teal color tie with white stripes from the Repp-Stripe collection. The tie I received is actually quite a bit darker then what is pictured, but that is somewhat expected with computer screens. The Puccini tie is handmade from microfiber, which I'm not sure about durability wise. The stitching and seams were neatly stitched. It retails for $9.90 with a standard shipping rate of $4.90.
Bows "N Ties has a HUGE selection of ties. Every color you could wish to find seems to be available. The website is user friendly and even includes sections on tying ties, care tips and fashion tips. I've always wanted to be able to tie a tie so the Double Windsor tutorial I found on the the Bows 'N Ties site pictured below were helpful (now I can surprise my hubby the next time he wears a tie).
While I don't think this would be an everyday type of tie for my husband, I do think it would be great for a wedding party, special occasion or prom. It is a great value for the price and I would recommend this tie to anyone with that purpose. These ties are affordable enough to buy a large quantity without blowing a budget savvy brides costs out of the water. Purchases over $100 also qualify for free shipping.
