Disney World Family Fun!

One of the great things about living in Florida is living within a few hours of Orlando. While we recently had family visiting we took a weekend trip to Disney World!! This was Mini Me's 2nd Disney visit. Right now for my fellow Florida residents, Disney parks are offering a special with Discover Disney tickets. 3 day passes are $119 plus tax. You can even add a 4th day for just $10 more.

We spent our first day in the Magic Kingdom. The weather was perfect being mild and a little cloudy. We lucked out and never saw rain. We were not early to arrive but once we got in we got to enjoy the Move it! Shake It! Celebrate it! Street Party Parade.

Mini me had a couple favorites of her own. First and foremost seeing all of the character's. Right now Donald Duck seems to be her favorite. The awe in her eyes was priceless. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride was also a hit but I highly don't recommend going on right before the park closes...it must have been on get these people out of here speed and was a lot too fast for her.

She LOVED the It's A Small World ride! But who doesn't. The song was stuck in my head for the rest of the day.

There is so much to see and details everywhere you look.

Hubby and I both love the night time activities. The details are still alive at night. In fact all of the white lights make it even a little romantic. :) The Main Street Electrical Parade is so much fun to watch.

The Celebrate the Magic display on Cinderella's Castle is nothing less than amazing!

The nightly Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks show is a must see. The pictures I captured don't even do the event justice.

Following all of the fun we set in for a relaxing dinner in the new Fantasyland at the also new Be Our Guest restaurant. It was beautiful inside to say the least! Dinner was wonderful and it was a great break from the hustle and bustle. Our daughter wasn't too fond of the Beast and wouldn't get any closer but she did enjoy her dinner too.

We enjoyed our day at the Magic Kingdom and I hope you enjoyed my pictures! Anyone been lately and seen the new Fantasyland? I would love to hear what you thought of it! I will be sharing our day from Animal Kingdom soon so stay tuned...

May your fairytale dreams come true too!
