Although this is far from healthy, it is extremely yummy! Absolutely my favorite winter recipe!
Hot Chocolate
4 Cups Whole Milk
1/4 cup baking cocoa powder ( I use the regular Hershy's kind)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 whole vanilla bean
Cut vanilla bean in half and scrape into a pot. Add milk to vanilla beans (I add the pod too) and simmer. Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar and whipping cream. Once combined remove vanilla bean, serve in a mug topped with whipped cream, marshmallows or a peppermint stick. Serves 4. Enjoy!
